# The Mortgage Indemnities (Recognised Bodies) (No. 2) Order 1995, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Mortgage Indemnities (Recognised Bodies) (No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 21st August 1995.
