  "text": "(1) The preceding provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.\n(2) An order under subsection (1) may include such transitional and transitory provisions and savings as the Scottish Ministers think expedient.\n(3) This Act may be cited as the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001.",
