# The Mostyn Docks Harbour Empowerment Order 1988, Article 7: Failure to comply with special directions


The master of a vessel who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with a special direction shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £1,000.
