HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES
Made 22nd September 1988
Coming into force 23rd September 1988
The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Harbours Act 1964 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and on the application of Mostyn Docks Limited, hereby makes the following Order:—
