  "text": "The area within which the Company has jurisdiction for the purposes of pilotage under Part I of the Pilotage Act 1987 consists of—\n(a) the area described in article 4 of the 1988 Order,\n(b) the area described in article 3 of the 1989 Order, and\n(c) so much of the added area as lies to the west of a line extending from the point 53° 21.37’N, 3° 19.28’W to the point 53° 22.02’N, 3° 18.28’ W.",
