# The Mostyn Docks (Pilotage) Harbour Revision Order 1989, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order–
“the Company” means Mostyn Docks Limited;
“the harbour” has the same meaning as in the Mostyn Docks Harbour Empowerment Order 1988;
