# The Mostyn Docks (Pilotage) Harbour Revision Order 1989, Article 3: Extension of limits of jurisdiction for purposes of pilotage


(1) The limits within which the Company shall have jurisdiction for the purposes of pilotage under Part I of the Pilotage Act 1987 shall include (in addition to the harbour)–
the waters of the River Dee from immediately below the Old Dee bridge at Chester to the imaginary straight lines mentioned in paragraph (2) below.
(2) The lines referred to in paragraph (1) above are–
(a) a line from a point at latitude 53° 21'.35N, longitude 3° 19'.20W, to a point at latitude 53° 22'.00N, longitude 3° 18'.20W; and
(b) a line from that point to a point at latitude 53° 23'.15N, longitude 3° 11'.83W.
