# The Motor Cycle (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1995, Regulation 5: Conformity of production


The holder of an EC type approval certificate granted by the Secretary of State shall comply with paragraphs 1.1 to 1.1.6 of Annex VI to the motor cycle Directive (provisions relating to checking the conformity of production).
