# The Motor Cycles (Eye Protectors) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Regulation 3


In regulation 4, the word “or” shall be deleted after paragraph (b) and inserted after paragraph (c), and the following paragraph shall be added—
“(d) he is in the armed forces of the Crown, on duty and wearing an eye protector supplied to him as part of his service equipment.”.
