Regulation 3 Amendment of the Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999

Regulation 2 (general interpretation) is amended in accordance with this regulation.

In the definition of “the Directive”, for “Directive 2009/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council”, substitute “Commission Directive 2011/63/EU^f1”.

After the definition of “mg/kg”, insert—

• ““other liquid fuel” means any fuel, other than petrol, diesel fuel and gas oil, which is a liquid at 15 °C and at an absolute pressure of 101.325 kPa;”.
