Regulation 2 Amendment of the Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999

The Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2, for the definition of “the Directive”, substitute—

““the Directive” means Directive 98/70/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 1998 relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels ^f2 and amending Council Directive 93/12/EEC.”.
