Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on—

(a)

10th December 1999 for the purposes of regulations 8, 9(2) to (9), 10 and 16 and Schedules 1 and 2, and

(b)

1st January 2000 for all other purposes.
