# The Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999, Paragraph 4


A description of the applicant’s retail distribution network for the sale of petrol or, where the applicant has a contractual agreement for the sale of his petrol with a third party, a description of that contract and a description of the third party’s retail distribution network.
