# The Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999, Paragraph 7


A statement that the proposed nominated filling stations will be required contractually to sell leaded petrol for the duration of any issued permit (one calendar year for a new application and three calendar years in other cases), or a statement that those filling stations have agreed to do so.
