A statement detailing—

(a)

the applicant’s proposed systems for ensuring that the total leaded petrol allocation is not exceeded,

(b)

the expected distribution of leaded petrol to the proposed nominated filling stations for each month during a calendar year, and

(c)

the expected distribution of leaded petrol to the proposed nominated filling stations for each month during a calendar year expressed as a percentage of the figure provided in accordance with paragraph 6(c).
