  "text": "The permit holder shall:\n(a) prepare monthly statements in metric tonnes of—\n(i) the amount of leaded petrol distributed to the nominated filling stations,\n(ii) the amount of leaded petrol sold from the nominated filling stations, and\n(iii) the amount of leaded petrol sold from each nominated filling station;\n(b) submit the statements specified in sub-paragraph (a) to the Secretary of State at intervals of not more than three months in arrears;\n(c) retain copies of the statements specified in sub-paragraph (a) for a period of not less than three years; and\n(d) on being given notice of not less than twenty-four hours, allow the copies specified in sub-paragraph (c) to be inspected by a representative of the Secretary of State.",
