# The Motor Salvage Operators Regulations 2002, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the 2001 Act” means the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001;
“partnership” has the same meaning as in section 1(1) of the Partnership Act 1890;
“bankrupt” has the same meaning as in section 381 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
