  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Testing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 by omitting paragraph (2)(h) of regulation 6. This removes hearses from the use of vehicles to which Article 63(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (obligatory test certificates) does not apply.",
