# The Motor Vehicle Tyres (Safety) (Amendment)Regulations 1997, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Tyres (Safety) Regulations 1994 by postponing the coming into force of regulation 5 (marking requirements in relation to the supply of new motor cycle tyres) from 1st June 1997 to 1st January 1998.
