  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations determine the purposes for which information contained in the Driver Licensing Register and made available to the Police Information Technology Organisation may be passed on to constables. They also provide for such information to be further disclosed to civilian employees of police authorities to facilitate the use of the information by constables.",
