Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 3 (Application of Part II of the principal Regulations)

(1)

Regulation 3(1) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In sub-paragraph (a) the words “or to which those Regulations would apply but for regulation 3(2)(a), (b), (e) or (j) of those Regulations” shall be omitted.

(3)

In sub-paragraph (b) for the words “paragraph 1, 2 or 3” there shall be substituted “paragraph 1, 2, 3 or 4”.
