In item 4 (exhaust emissions)—

(a)

in column 3 in paragraph 2(d) for the words “1st August 1994” there shall be substituted “1st August 1995”; and

(b)

in column 4 in the definition of “effective date” for the words “paragraph 3 of Schedule 1” there shall be substituted “paragraph 3 or 4 of Schedule 1”.
