# The Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 5


In item 7 (rear-view mirrors) in column 5 for sub-paragraph (c) of the fourth paragraph there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(c) Paragraph 4(b)(iii) shall not apply before 1st January 2001 in relation to a vehicle which is not a vehicle which meets the requirements of paragraph 3 or 4 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.”
