# The Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 9


In item 15 (seats and their anchorages) in column 3 in paragraph 2 for the words “placed on the outside of the seat close to the door” there shall be substituted “shall be accessible from outside the vehicle when the door is open”.
