# The Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 1


In item 1 (exhaust emissions) in column 4, in the definition of “effective date” for the words “paragraph 3 of Schedule 1” there shall be substituted “paragraph 3 or 4 of Schedule 1”.
