# The Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 12 (form of certificate)


In regulation 12(2) after sub-paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph–
“(aa) the letter “E” if the certificate is being issued on the basis that the vehicle meets the requirements of paragraph 1A of Schedule 1 to these Regulations;”.
