# The Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Approval) Regulations 1996


In paragraph (2) of regulation 12, for sub-paragraph (a) shall be substituted—
“(a) the letter “R” if the certificate is being issued otherwise than on a basis specified in sub-paragraphs (aa) to (d) below”.
