  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations contain a minor amendment consequential upon the substitution (by S.I. 1995/2075) of two new exemptions from the provisions of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) Regulations 1990, which are now specified in paragraphs (j) and (jj) of regulation 27(1) of those regulations, for the exemption previously contained in sub-paragraph (j) of regulation 27(1).\nCategory N is redefined so as to correspond with the classes of vehicle specified in regulation 27(1)(j) and (jj), being vehicles which are not used on roads which are repairable at the public expense or are so used for only short distances.",
