Regulation 12 Amendments to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999

In regulation 36 (cancellation of tests)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), after “manoeuvres test,”, insert “large vehicle off road manoeuvres test,”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (a), insert—

“(ab)

for a large vehicle off road manoeuvres test to be conducted by a large vehicle off road manoeuvres test examiner must be given to the large vehicle off road manoeuvres test provider not less than three clear working days before the day for which the appointment is made;”.
