# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
hese Regulations amend Schedule 3 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1987 by restricting the classes of vehicle included in category C1 plus E to vehicle and trailer combinations with a maximum authorised mass of no more than 8.25 tonnes: see regulation 2(2) of these Regulations. Formerly there was no such weight restriction.
