ROAD TRAFFIC

Coming into force 27th August 2001

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(3), (4)(b) and (5) and 105(1), (3) and (4) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 f1, after consulting with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act and with the approval of the Treasury f2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
