# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Regulation 3


In paragraph (3) of regulation 17 (fees in respect of tests), for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph —
“(b) in the case of any other test, £14.40 if the application for the appointment for the test is received by the Secretary of State before 27th April 1987 and £15 in any other case, save that no fee is payable in respect of a test to be taken in an invalid carriage.”.
