# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Paragraph 1


In regulation 3(1) in the definition of “moped” and in regulations 10, 11(1)(b) and 24(1)(e)(ii) and in paragraph 1(b) of Schedule 4 for the words “group K” there shall be substituted the words “category K”.
