# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 4


Paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) of regulation 3 shall not apply in the case of an application for an appointment for a test duly made before 1st April 1994, in respect of which the fees prescribed by virtue of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 apply.
