ROAD TRAFFIC

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(3)^f1 and (4)(b)^f2, 105(1), (3) and (4), 108(1)^f3 and 192(1)^f4 of the Road Traffic Act 1988^f5, after consulting with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
