# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 3


(1) Regulation 19 (Fees in respect of tests) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£35” there shall be substituted “£36”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£27.50” there shall be substituted “£28.50”.
(3) In paragraph (3A)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£46.50” there shall be substituted “£47.50”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£37.50” there shall be substituted “£38.50”.
(4) In paragraph (5), for “£27.50” there shall be substituted “£28.50”.
