Regulation 57 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraphs (1) and (3), for “56(5)” there shall be substituted “56(4)(b)”.
(3)
In paragraph (2)(b), the words “under regulation 56(5)” shall be omitted.
(4)
In paragraphs (2) and (3), for “56(6)”, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “56(4)(c)”.
