Regulation 19

After regulation 60, there shall be inserted—

“Eligibility to undertake approved training course

60A

No person shall be eligible to undertake an approved training course unless at the time he undertakes it he holds a provisional licence authorising him to drive a motor bicycle of the class on which the course is to be undertaken or is entitled, by virtue of section 98 of the Traffic Act, to drive a motor bicycle of that class subject to the same conditions as the holder of a provisional licence.”.
