# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 15 (duration of provisional licence authorising the driving of motor cycles)


In regulation 15 for paragraph (1)(b) there shall be substituted—
“(b) the same period as is provided by section 99(1) of the Traffic Act in relation to a licence to which section 99(1) applies.”
