# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999


In regulation 3(1) in the definition of “theory test” for the words “theoretical test” there shall be substituted “test of driving theory and hazard perception”.
