ROAD TRAFFIC

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88(5), 89(3) and (5), 92(2) and (4)(b), 97(3A), 101(2) and (3), 105(1) and (3) and 120(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1988^f1 and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Section 92(2) was amended by the 1996 Regulations.
