# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 9 of the principal Regulations (minimum ages for holding or obtaining licences)


In regulation 9(6) after sub-paragraph (b) there is inserted—
“, or
(c) a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977”.
