  "text": "In regulation 35 (fees in respect of practical or unitary tests)—\n(a) in paragraph (2) for “(4) and (5)” substitute “(3A), (4) and (5)”;\n(b) in paragraph (3) for “paragraph (4)” substitute “paragraphs (3A) and (4)”;\n(c) after paragraph (3), insert—\n“(3A) In paragraphs (2) and (3), where a reference is made to the Table in Schedule 5, that reference shall be—\n(a) in the case of a test to be conducted before 1st April 2006, to the Table in Part 1 of Schedule 5; and\n(b) in the case of a test to be conducted on or after 1st April 2006, to the Table in Part 2 of Schedule 5.”",
