# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999


(1) Regulation 26 (applications for theory tests: applicants in person) is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (1)(c) omit from “in the case of an application” to “day of the test and”.
(3) In paragraph (3), for “regulation 27 or 28” substitute “regulation 27, 28 or 28A”.
