# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force for the purposes of regulations 7(a) and (b) and 12 on 29th September 2008 and for all other purposes on 1st April 2008.
