Regulation 20 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 40B (content of the tests)—

(a)

in paragraph (5)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a) omit “subject to paragraph (b),”; and

(ii)

omit sub-paragraph (b);

(b)

after paragraph (5) insert—

“(5A)
The manoeuvres test may be conducted on a special testing ground or on roads.”.
