Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
(2)
The Regulations shall come into force on 1st May 2010 other than for the purposes of regulation 24 which shall come into force on 4th October 2010.
(3)
In these Regulations, the “principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999f1.
