Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 15th November 2011.
(2)
In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999f1.
