  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.\n(2) Regulations 2 and 4 come into force on 19th January 2013 but all the other regulations on 20th April 2012.\n(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999.\n(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.",
