# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 2


(1) Section 39(1) inserting section 98A to the Road Traffic Act 1988 (compulsory surrender of old-form licences) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4) of the section 98A to be inserted—
(a) omit “and” after paragraph (a), and
(b) after paragraph (b) insert—
“and
(c) provides such evidence or further evidence as the Secretary of State may require for the purpose of satisfying the Secretary of State that the holder is not suffering from a relevant or prospective disability.”.
